Sara Lynn Leavenworth, Director of Client Services

Sara Lynn became personally knowledgeable of the challenges our elderly population and their families face when her father had a stroke in 2018. She and her sister were faced with the stress and uncertainty of how to navigate hospitals, insurance, and later Hospice. Soon thereafter, she needed assistance finding a place for her mother to live. She came to understand how invaluable an advocate could be and is now passionate about providing these services to others. Sara Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut.
